The Powerhaus method
1. Bring Your Car In
We start by talking through what you want from the car. A quick health check and diagnostics make sure everything is ready for tuning.
2. ECU/TCU Calibration
For standard tuning with no supporting mods, typical turnaround is 2–3 hours, depending on the vehicle. Most jobs are completed same day.
3. Planning for Builds
If your setup includes hardware changes, we draft a plan first —> parts, pricing and what needs to be done. You review it, request changes if needed, and confirm when you’re ready.
4. Work Begins
Once approved, we start immediately. Diagnostics and datalogging come first. If anything affects reliability or safety, you’re notified before we continue. All tuning is done in steps with multiple logs.
5. Final Checks
We complete the final logs and diagnostics to make sure the car is running exactly as it should before it’s returned to you.
6. You Drive Away

Powerhaus is a small, engineering‑led workshop built around one idea: tuning should be done properly, with data, structure and care: not shortcuts or guesswork. We don’t chase trends, sell “stages”, or push generic files. Every calibration is built from scratch, verified with logs, and refined until the car behaves exactly as it should.
